- IMPORTANT NOTE: All families will need a PRIORITY CODE to purchase tickets! This is a ONE TIME USE code that will give you access to the ticketing site. You will receive an email directly from Dance Recital Ticketing with a unique to you code. This code will be required to access the site on Saturday at 10 AM. All ticket codes will be sent out Thursday, May 28th. If you do not receive your code, please reach out to the studio.
- We recommend going to the website PRIOR and doing the “demo” on homepage to practice how to purchase tickets.

- Once everyone has had an opportunity to purchase tickets, we will be releasing the rest of the tickets to be purchased without a priority code needed (if any tickets available).
- In order to make sure there are enough tickets for all participating families, we ask that you adhere to our ticket limits. If you do try to cheat the system and purchase more tickets than are allowed, those additional tickets will be immediately canceled and refunded back to your credit card LESS the service charge from the company.
- All tickets are assigned seating. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
- Tickets (if available) will be $25 on the day of the show (cash or Venmo only).
- If a child is under 3 and will sit on a parent’s lap, they do not need a ticket.
- There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on tickets. Dance Recital Ticketing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
- Please know which show you are purchasing tickets for as well as how many tickets you need. There is no standing room viewing inside the theater. Anyone standing on the sides or in the doorways will be asked to sit down. There is a fire hazard and the show will be stopped if the audience members do not adhere to this safety concern.
- All persons (4 yrs. and older) must be in a purchased seat.
- Getting up in between dances or even during dances is not allowed. All audience members are asked to remain seated for the duration of the show. All of the dancers deserve a positive and full audience and when audience members get up or leave, it is very disrespectful. If you need to change your dancer, we recommend purchasing an end seat so you will not disrupt anyone.
- CURTAIN CALL: All dancers are required to stay at the end of the show for a final bow and receive one last resounding round of applause for their hard work this season. It is not intended for performers to watch their own show.

frequently Asked Questions
The list of what classes are performing in what show can be found here: List of Participating Classes & Show Times.
If your dancer is listed to perform in 2 different shows, or a cast that performs twice, they need to be at both shows. Part of the RSVP for those classes was agreeing to be at both shows. This gives dancers more stage time, another chance to wear their fabulous costumes, and another chance to perform the routine they’ve been working so hard on with their friends!
If your dancer is performing in multiple shows, the ticket limit will be an amount of tickets to split between shows how you would like. If you’d like to attend both shows, wonderful! If you only want to watch one, there is space for 1 guardian to stay in the black box with their dancer during the other show.
1 guardian is able to go into the black box with their dancer. We ask that you do not bring the whole family into the black box area as space is limited. No guardians are allowed in the backstage area.
If your dancer is in a combined recital class, no schedule changes are required. Your dancer will learn their routine in class as usual. The combined classes will perform together on stage. Starting in June, your dancer will be able to attend both classes and an extra rehearsal at no extra charge.
